It takes 2 minutes until the Train Station

A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Pancho's Cantina that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We had a great stay. We appreciated to be here for a trip and would definitely go again;))

Great location, very comfortable, clean rooms. Good value in comparison to hotels in Amsterdam

The meal that we had there was not very good and expensive. There are many other options for food in the area though.

The hotel is new, rooms are spacious and trendy. Breakfast was excellent. Parking is available next to the hotel in a public garage for €15 per day. Station to go to Amsterdam located 3 min walk away.

The computers in the lobby are completely unusable. It takes around 30 min to print a page. The speed of internet reminded me of the mid-1990s. The hotel is difficult to find, so just look out for the big green building near Zaandam station.

It is a 10 minute train ride to the City Center and the Red light district. It was well priced and very comfortable. It is right by the train station. Although there is a little construction going on it does not really effect anything and you are able to see the Hotel from the trainstation.

The design of the hotel with its facade made of traditional houses is the best feature of this hotel.

Desk information upon arrival is limited; rooms are poorly designed, decoration is cold and impersonal; the bed is a folding bed, quite narrow and uncomfortable; the bathroom is large but cold and it is difficult to get cold water from the tap; breakfast area is poorly designed and quickly packed at peak breakfast time; etc... This is nothing like a romantic luxury and cosy hotel!!!

This was the second time we stayed to Inntel Zaandam in two month. It is an wonderful hotel where you feel at home, perfect for a week-end break or business, very clean and with a lovely design. The only "down side" is that the bed is so comfortable and the down duvet is just so cosy you just do not want to go out :))) Very good location just across the street from the train station with direct trains to Schiphol Airport (15 min) and Amsterdam Centraal (10min), lots of good shops around. We will be back soon!!!

The hotel was on a building site and construction work was still in progress. The view we had was not good as the view was of a crane and workmen were still working on the site as wesaw them. We were not informed of this.It should have been on the information about the Hotel. So we were disappointed and will be sending you an e-mail today regarding our complaints.
